The proper access into your e-mail via web browser is: http://webmail.newportrischools.org:85 , (again -no “/exchange” like the last system). You must add the “:85” to the end as this allows for some added security. This will work whenever outside of the NPS network. When inside the NPS network, please use http://172.16.0.104:85 as the link to access your TMS e-mail account from a web browser.

In order to authenticate to the server the login box will often display only two fields, username and password. To correctly enter your user name, you must first enter “nps\” followed by your username. On occasion, you will be prompted with a dialog box with three fields, in this instance, enter just your username in the user field, password in the password field, and NPS in the domain field.

Please do not share your username and password with anyone and please use proper “netiquette” by not selecting “Remember my password” when using a system other than your own (as that person would now have access to your e-mail).
