Your file cannot be considered for interviews until we are in receipt of the items listed below:

   Completed Application (below)

   Letter of intent outlining the position desired

   Recent resume

   A copy of your current RI Certification

   Three recent (within past year) letters of recommendation

   Reference Checks Form

   Original college transcripts

NTE or Praxis Test Scores (if applicable)

Applications are kept on file for two years unless the applicant requests the application remain active for subsequent year(s).
