-Our goal is to provide every classroom teacher and support staff with the opportunity to share with each other and provide opportunities to share our expertise with each other.

a. Continue consistent common planning for grade level and support staff b. Continue cross-grade level bimonthly common planning to provide increased conversation for all staff c. Provide PD on implementation of science notebook	The district will: Utilize 1 planning period every 1-2 weeks to put planning into practice Principal will instruct students Provide after school workshops	Every 1-2 weeks for 2005-06 school year.
