The following letter has been sent to all school superintendents and school principals in the state. It is being sent to you for your information. The letter addresses concerns about exposures to mosquito-borne and tick-borne diseases. Given the wet spring we had this year, the Departments of Health and Environmental Management anticipate a higher-than-normal mosquito population throughout the summer and fall.
