Registration for 2011 - 2012 School Year

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

A. Birth Certificate must be presented on the day of registration for each child entering the Newport School System.

B. Proof of Residency (lease, utility bill, letter from military housing office, etc.).

C. Proof of Immunization and RI Health Form
